You set the cap and the per-km overage rate in the tariff. On return the system calculates actual mileage, shows overage × rate - the customer sees the total before the booking closes. You accept cash or deduct from the deposit.

The system automatically switches to a paid plan when you add your 16th vehicle. Billing applies to all active vehicles, including the first 15.
Once on a paid plan, charges apply based on your vehicle count. For fleets under 16 vehicles, you'll be billed per vehicle.
Payment is based on your fleet size and selected plan.
