A booking with a per-km rate and a photo of the charge level on handover. A return with a drained battery is a penalty by tariff - visible on the card immediately.

Inside the booking you flag "returned discharged" - penalty kicks in per tariff. The next customer gets a 40-minute delay notification on WhatsApp, and the car flips to "charging" with a block on handover.

The system automatically switches to a paid plan when you add your 16th vehicle. Billing applies to all active vehicles, including the first 15.
Once on a paid plan, charges apply based on your vehicle count. For fleets under 16 vehicles, you'll be billed per vehicle.
Payment is based on your fleet size and selected plan.
