The deposit is held on the customer's card; auto-charge runs at the end of every trip. Corporate limit sits on its own line with an over-limit notification.

We work with open telematics APIs (Teltonika, Queclink, StarLine). Ten cars is enough to go live. The onboarding team sets up the integration; the mobile app walks the customer from sign-up to parking.

The system automatically switches to a paid plan when you add your 16th vehicle. Billing applies to all active vehicles, including the first 15.
Once on a paid plan, charges apply based on your vehicle count. For fleets under 16 vehicles, you'll be billed per vehicle.
Payment is based on your fleet size and selected plan.
