Per truck you set a service interval in engine hours or kilometres. The dashboard shows a card "480 km to next service". Driver and mechanic get a notification 3 days ahead, another one on the day.

The system automatically switches to a paid plan when you add your 16th vehicle. Billing applies to all active vehicles, including the first 15.
Once on a paid plan, charges apply based on your vehicle count. For fleets under 16 vehicles, you'll be billed per vehicle.
Payment is based on your fleet size and selected plan.
