Connecting GPS trackers
List of compatible devices
Before connecting, make sure your tracker is on the list of supported ones.:

If the device is not found
- Check with the seller or installer; the tracker may be adapted to your region and have a different name.
- Check the original model designation and compare it with the Traccar list.
- If the tracker is not listed, connection is not possible.
Connection instructions:
1. Checking the device port
If your tracker is on the list, find and remember the port for data transfer (indicated in the table).
Important!
RentProg support does not configure the device itself. We can help you add tracker data to RentProg, but the tracker itself is unique and depends on the specific device model. To configure the tracker, we recommend following the instructions or consulting a support specialist, the brand, or the provider of your tracker.
2. Activation of the service in RentProg
🔹 Please contact support to activate monitoring.
🔹 Wait for confirmation and log back in to the system..
3. Filling in tracker data
- Go to:
Menu → Cars (or other vehicles) → Vehicle Card → Characteristics - Fill in the fields:
- Tracker IMEI is the unique identifier of the tracker (indicated on the device’s case or box).
- Tracker phone – the SIM card number in the tracker (for service SMS).
- Tracker PIN is a security code (by default it is often
1111or1234, check the instructions).
- Click "Connect tracker".
4. Checking the connection
🔹 Go to: Menu → Beacons 🔹 Enter your login and password. (Login is your email address for logging in, Password will be sent to your email address after activating the feature).
🔹 Make sure the device appears in the list.
5. Setting up data transfer to the RentProg server
For the service to work, you need to send tracker data to our server.
What you will need:
- Server IP:
77.244.220.251 - Port: is specified in Traccar list for your model.
- Password: Tracker PIN code
To set up your tracker, we recommend using the instructions or assistance from a support specialist, the brand, or the provider of your tracker.
6. Checking the work
🔹 Go to: Menu → Beacons
🔹 If the device is highlighted in green, the tracker is successfully connected!
If you have any problems
❌ No data? Check:
- Correctness of IP, port and Pin.
- SIM card activity in the tracker.
- Availability of Internetnbsp;on SIM.
❌ Device not showing up?
- Make sure that the entered IMEI is unique and not duplicated in another vehicle..
- Check that the support service has activated the service..

Each device has unique features, and for proper operation, we recommend consulting the manufacturer's manual or contacting a device installation and adaptation specialist who can help configure the equipment for your needs.
